The Grand Adventure

In July 2012, my youngest daughter and I moved to Lincoln, Nebraska. The grand adventure began... we will be room mates until the summer of 2013. She started her freshman year of college at the University of Nebraska where she is working on an Environmental studies major, with minors in Biology and Chemistry. This summer Heaven will be working as a research assistant within the environmental studies department at UNL. I am in my second year as a Doctoral Student. I also work part time as an Interviewer at a research company, and as an (on call) IT Technician for two different IT companies.

Of course Heaven had to have season football tickets for Husker football games. Go Huskers! For fun breaks between school assignments we have been to the choir concerts; the zoo, an art show, malls, and movies. We also enjoy going to new restaurants. Recently we have joined a church in Lincoln. I will be taking christian maturity and ministry classes there. Heaven was recently baptized (December 2012). Steve, Heaven's dad visits often on week ends or when he is in the Lincoln area for work related visits.
